You and a group of friends, family, or coworkers, will enter a themed room with a back-story. Usually the story requires that you "escape" or accomplish a task, like Rescue Bigfoot. You will work together to find clues and solve puzzles where the answers may open a lock, cause something to happen, or reveal new information. If you are able to solve all the puzzles before the time runs out, you will escape the room.

No, you are safe, and never trapped or detained. There is always an unlocked emergency exit, and you can leave the room for any reason at any time.

Please arrive about 10 minutes early for orientation. You have approximately 60 minutes to play the game. Allow about 10 minutes after the activity as well.

Yes, you can ask for hints. We explain how to do so for each room during orientation.

Many teams escape our rooms without ever needing a hint at all.

No. We monitor our rooms remotely from cameras so it's just you and your group playing the game. You always have a friendly games master on the outside ready to offer help or hints when you ask for them.

Please text or call and let us know that you are running late and when you plan to arrive. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel your reservation. There are no refunds within 24 hours of your booking.

No. All of our bookings are private, and we will never put other people in your game.

Our games are currently designed for groups of adults or families. If minors will be participating, there must be a paid adult participant in the room, and the minimum age is 12, though we recommend 17 and older. All minors must also have our waiver signed by their parent or guardian and it can be downloaded and printed here.

DO NOT BE BUZZED, DRUNK, OR UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS. We can cancel your game on the spot if we think you are, and there are no refunds in this situation. Our games are absolutely not meant to be played under the influence. You need to do a lot of thinking. Plus, it isn't safe as there there is the risk of damaging yourself or our rooms.

Our games are family friendly, and they are not intentionally "scary".

Someone in your group needs to reserve the room by booking the minimum number of players online, then the other players can pay by credit card when you arrive. If bringing additional players, we will not over-book a room or allow any group to exceed its maximum capacity.

There are no refunds within 24 hours of your game.

Yes. They may be used before the game starts or in an emergency.

If you have a new baby that can safely stay in a carrier the entire game, or in a sling the whole time, we will allow this. There is no charge for an infant, but you will also have to sign our waiver on their behalf.

Yes. We have a Waiver that everyone will need to read and sign before participating. Click here to read and print our waiver.

Children under the age of 18 must have it signed by a parent or guardian prior to arrival. It can be printed and brought with them, or filled out online by a parent or guardian.

We no longer offer gift cards or vouchers BUT if you have one from when we were open pre-2020, we will honor it, and it's value now matches our new prices. You do have to call us to use it tho.
